| Terry is responsible for setting the company direction for MDI Solutions and
leading the software and service sales for the US and Canadian divisions.
Through a diverse career in health care IT, Terry brings a deep
understanding of what constitutes a successful business model in the ever
changing healthcare software market. He has built a team of executive
leaders who posses similar experience and knowledge of healthcare technology
and hospital operations. In Terry's previous role as Canadian Operations
Director of HAS Solutions (now iSOFT), he successfully achieved market
acceptance and deployment of several healthcare applications. Terry's
background in management and sales leadership roles at a health care
facility and market-leading clinical HIS firms brings a unique blend of

After leaving McKesson in 1996 as a software developer,
Petrone became Vice President of SCI, a software and
services company which provided application integration
(EAI) technology to the healthcare community. In 2004,
SCI’s application integration division was sold to MDI
Solutions.
Petrone brings 20 years of experience in product
and application integration
development. He has
produced a host of successful software products and is
regarded as a thought leader in the field of application
integration. Petrone was responsible for the start-up
of MITEM’s Health Care Division and initial development
for the Blue Iris product line.
Petrone joined IBM General Systems Division in 1987
after spending 12 years developing new computer systems
for Fortune 500 companies in the Boston area. Primarily
at the Rochester AS/400 development laboratory, his role
included various positions in systems and testing
design.

Timothy
joined the staff of MDI Solutions in August 2002, bringing
with him many years of valuable technical experience
in healthcare data integration. He is responsible for
managing the direction of the company’s professional
services and ensuring the company remains on the leading
edge of latest trends and technologies in data integration.
Through his extensive background in working with hospital
end users, application experts, IT professionals, and
application vendors, Timothy has gained an in-depth
knowledge of consulting, architecting, and implementing
integration projects. Timothy has reached a high level
of knowledge and proficiency in interfacing with major
integration engines, including SeeBeyond DataGate™/e*Gate™
and Quovadx QDX™ Integrator (formerly Cloverleaf™).
He obtained his Cloverleaf™ Level 2 Analyst certification
in 1998 and is working towards his e*Gate™ 4.5
Associate Developer certification. Timothy graduated
from York University in 1998 with a Specialized Honors
Bachelor degree in Space and Communication Science.

| Eugene
has been part of the MDI Solutions team since August
2002, and is responsible for providing technical direction
and training to staff who are working with DataGate™
and e*Gate™. He has been designing, developing,
and supporting interfaces within the healthcare industry
for over three years, and has extensive experience and
expertise with the integration tools from SeeBeyond.
Prior to joining MDI Solutions, Eugene held the title
of Senior Interfacing Analyst with another Toronto-based
organization and was directly responsible for the success
of mission critical DataGate™ and e*Gate™
interfaces in several healthcare facilities across Canada.
During his years in interfacing, Eugene gained valuable
experience working and collaborating with hospital staff,
IT professionals, system vendors, application designers,
and computer operators. Eugene graduated from the University
of Toronto in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science degree.

| Kenneth
has held the title of Lead Integrator, Cloverleaf™
with MDI Solutions since August of 2002. His responsibilities
include providing technical direction and training to
staff that are working with Cloverleaf™ and QDX™
Integrator. Ken has been involved with data integration
in the healthcare industry for well over three years,
and his most recent work experience before joining MDI
Solutions was specifically focused on using Quovadx
tools to interface healthcare systems within major facilities
in the Toronto area. Over the course of his career,
Kenneth has gained substantial knowledge and expertise
relating to the operation and function of Information
Technology within the healthcare industry. In addition
to his skills with interfacing and related tools, Kenneth
also has a high level of proficiency in programming
with various languages such as C, C++, Perl, and Tcl.

Senior Quovadx and Sybase Specialist

Brent has held the title of Senior Integration Specialist with MDI Solutions since October of 2003.
His responsibilities include providing professional services and training to staff that are working
with Cloverleaf™ and QDX™ Integrator, Sybase e-Biz Impact™ or McKesson Series 2000™. Brent has
been involved with data integration in the healthcare industry for well over ten years, and has
more than nineteen years experience in healthcare information systems. His most recent work
experience before joining MDI Solutions was Senior Integration Analyst with SCI Healthcare
Group. He has a wide range of expertise with Cloverleaf™, Sybase e-Biz Impact™ and McKesson Series
2000™ and is specifically focused on using any or all of these products to interface healthcare
systems within major facilities across United States. Over the course of his career, Brent has
gained substantial knowledge and expertise relating to the operation and function of Information
Technology within the healthcare industry. In addition to his skills with interfacing and related
tools, Brent also has a high level of proficiency in programming with various languages such as
Tcl, RPGle, ODL, and Visual Basic. Brent is also an IBM Certified AS/400 Professional

Senior SeeBeyond Specialist

Chris brings over ten years of concentrated integration solutions experience using the
SeeBeyond product suite to the MDI Solutions team. He has provided technical team leadership,
architectural design and implementation services to healthcare providers and payors in the arena
of A2A and B2B integration. Chris has obtained e*Gate™ 4.5.x partner certification from
SeeBeyond and is equally fluent in the SeeBeyond implementation of Java and Monk. In addition
to providing e*Gate™ and e*Xchange™ solutions, Chris has developed and implemented a clearly
defined and proven methodology for the accelerated conversion of DataGate™ tables into e*Gate™
schemas. Chris graduated from MC in 1983 with a Bachelor of Science in Business

| Kevin has gained extensive
experience architecting, developing, and managing many complex software and integration
projects in sectors as diverse as entertainment, travel and leisure, healthcare,
education, and financial services throughout Canada and the United States.
Kevin’s career moved into the healthcare industry back in 1996 when he joined
the staff of The Toronto General Hospital to provide technical direction and
assistance for numerous system integration projects. This subsequently led to
his role as an Interface Architect, managing a team responsible for the development
and support of information system interfaces in and between major healthcare
facilities across Canada. Kevin has been invited on several occasions to speak
at national conferences about the successes of his interfacing teams, and to
present technical details on various development initiatives he has been involved
