Ascension Health, St. Louis, Missouri has signed a Master Services Agreement with MDI Solutions for first level, 24 X 7 eBiz Impact and eGate on-call support and development services at two of their hospital sites; the services include interface development, engine monitoring, debugging assistance and other integration services as required.

MDI Solutions specializes in healthcare integration services and support and they have a team of expert resources with extensive experience working on both the e-Biz Impact and eGate (SRE and TRE platforms) interface engines. MDI provides 24 x 7 support and development for customers in the US, Canada and UK; and they provide a comprehensive 3-tiered emergency access plan to ensure call response.
