Initiate Systems has selected MDI Solutions as one of its integration solution partners. Initiate Systems assists organizations to create complete, real-time views of people, households and organizations from data dispersed across an enterprise with their customer data integration and EMPI solutions. MDI Solutions is working directly with the Initiate implementation team to assist a major pharmacy retailer in implementing a new enterprise single pharmacy system, towards the goal of integrating the patient, prescriber and script data spread across more than 2000 legacy store databases into a single enterprise level system. MDI will use its integration enablement software, MD Link, in tandem with Initiate’s systems to facilitate the data cleansing. The newly developed Query/Response feature of MD Link will be used to assist with the data integration. It will enable Initiate to use its software to effectively search, validate and retrieve patient data from the legacy databases and consolidate it into the single enterprise system. The tight coupling of MD Link with the Initiate system will provide seamless and immediate integration to complete this project.
