18 May Integration and Data Conversion services for Epic EHR migration
MDI Solutions is slated to assist Christus Trinity Mother Frances Health System (TMFHC), Tyler, TX with migrating data and interfaces from the recently acquired Sulphur Springs Clinic.
Christus Trinity Mother Frances had selected MDI Solutions in May, 2013 to provide HL7 integration support and development services for their Cloverleaf™ integration engine. MDI responded rapidly and completed an assessment of the integration environment and determined requirements for remote monitoring and support, and ongoing interface development.
Based on the success of providing the development and support services, MDI will work with TMFHC clinical staff to convert CCD and non-CCD data for their Sulphur Springs Clinic site. MDI has assigned an Epic Bridges certified resource who will manage the following data conversion tasks:
- Configure Epic Patient Abstractor Tool
- Collect and validate CCDs from extract vendor
- Import small sample of CCDs into CNV environment
- Import data into MSSQL
- Build Cloverleaf import threads, translations, tables, and tclProcs
- Configure Epic APIs and their associated components
