| Mount Sinai Hospital became MDI Solutions first client on the Interface Engine Utility Model. MDI Solution will provide the turn-key solutions agreed on the 3-year term contract to Mount Sinai Hospital including hardware platform, OS and software maintenance, Interface Engine software maintenance and 24x7 on-call support. Mount Sinai Hospital will not need to worry about on-going hardware and engine software upgrade as these service components are covered under the fixed monthly charge in this model. Mount Sinai Hospital will enjoy the benefit of single vendor management as well as a predictable budget in the next 3 years. MDI Solutions offers this service model to all customers using any type of hardware and interface engine platform.

| Guelph General Hospital continues to further its relationship for integration services with MDI Solutions. MDI Solutions was recently contracted to perform a historical patient history data upload from the Meditech Admission, Discharge, Transfer system to the Med 2020 health records abstracting system. The hospital has also entered into a one year service agreement with MDI Solutions, where MDI will provide Guelph General with interface development services.

MDI Solutions has entered into a strategic agreement with Quovadx Inc., a global software company that helps organizations redevelop, extend and integrate customizable applications with the flexibility of open standards. MDI will employ Quovadx™ technology where appropriate to help extend the reach of MDI's customer's existing solutions, in addition to using QDX™ Platform V (formerly Cloverleaf™) and Quovadx™ platform software, to build new integration solutions based on MDI's clients' healthcare business initiatives.
For MDI, this agreement means that it will be a leading service provider of the QDXI integration engine. MDI looks forward to deploying Quovadx™ products as part of its overall expansion of its service capabilities in the healthcare industry.

York Central Hospital in Richmond Hill, Ontario has enhanced its interfacing services contract with MDI Solutions. MDI will now proactively monitor all of York Central’s financial and clinical interfaces on a 24x7 basis, as well as provide first level interface support directly to the end user at the hospital. Ken Leung, MDI’s Senior Interface Engineer specializing in the Cloverleaf™ interface engine, is the team leader for York Central’s front-line services. York Central Hospital primarily uses the McKesson suite of hospital information systems and the Cloverleaf™ interface engine from Quovadx. MDI Solutions continues to provide interface development services for ongoing health care integration projects.

MDI Solutions has signed an agreement to supply outsourced services to the Swiss Health District in Basel, Switzerland through EDS Canada. MDI will provide two full time staffers for this project. The Swiss Health District is a regional health system with over 20 healthcare facilities. Each facility runs its own SeeBeyond® DataGate™ Interface Engine that allows data transfer and sharing of data between two or more systems. MDI's two-month project entails a migration from the existing SeeBeyond® DataGate™ Interface Engine to the new SeeBeyond® platform eGate™ 4.5.3 at several of the Swiss Health facilities. Most of the work will be done remotely from MDI's office in Canada.

Solutions announced today that it has acquired the Integration
Services Division of SCI Healthcare Group Inc. www.scihg.com.
This acquisition gives MDI an immediate presence in
twelve states through
eighteen active service contracts with healthcare
customers. This new group
of six integration services professionals, managed
by Rhonda Lindsay, VP
U.S. Operations, will facilitate the sales and service
of MDI's products and
services into an existing healthcare client base,
as well acting as a solid
point for future expansion into the U.S. market.

Solutions has been selected by The Children’s
Hospital of Eastern Ontario (CHEO) to prepare and
implement e*Gate™ training sessions for its
internal staff. This customer-centered training program
will equip the IT staff at CHEO with the necessary
skills and information to develop and maintain their
internal interfaces using the most current SeeBeyond
technology, and to ensure successful complete of their
DataGate™ to e*Gate™ engine migration.

member to its internal development team. Daniel Tripp
joins MDI Solutions with an extensive background in
software development and systems engineering. Dan will
function as Lead Developer for ongoing initiatives on
the MD Link integration product, and his software development
expertise will help to ensure that MD Link remains an
agile and responsive integration tool for the healthcare

a short-term support agreement with the Sault Area
Hospital located in Sault St. Marie. Under this agreement
MDI Solutions will provide remote 24/7 interface support
services to the Sault Area Hospital. MDI is actively

partnership beyond the initial term of the agreement.
