| Niagara Health System has selected MD Link as their integration solution for current and future system interfaces within the region.
The initial implementation of MDI’s MD Link integration engine will facilitate communication and information sharing between the Meditech™ Hospital Information System (HIS) and the GRASP™ Nursing Workload Measurement system. The region plans to expand on this initial implementation of MD Link in future to further enhance data exchange within the region.
The flexible and dynamic architecture of MD Link is well suited to this regional implementation. With its separate Design Studio and Runtime Server, analysts from any site in the region will be able to create and collaborate on building interfaces, which can then be copied from a development workstation to a production server.

| Sansum - Santa Barbara Medical Foundation Clinic of Santa Barbara, CA has contracted with MDI Solutions for SeeBeyond e*Gate™ interfacing services. Senior MDI technical resources will coordinate and perform the upgrade of Sansum’s existing interface engine and associated interfaces. Sansum - Santa Barbara Medical Foundation Clinic is the county's oldest and largest group medical practice, with over 130 staff physicians practicing more than 30 specialties at their clinics and branch offices from Carpinteria to Lompoc.

Southern Regional, part of the Promina Health System, is a 406 bed acute care hospital that serves Atlanta's Southern Crescent. Southern Regional has been a customer since February 2002.

| Brookwood Medical Centre www.bwmc.com of Birmingham, AL has renewed their contract with MDI Solutions for the provision of Sybase eBiz/Impact interface engine support services. Brookwood Medical is part of the Tenet Health care system www.tenethealth.com, which is the United States' 2nd largest investor-owned hospital company. Tenet Health is a full integrated delivery network consisting of 98 hospitals over 14 states.

| Emerald Health Information Systems Ltd. www.emeraldhis.com has selected MDI Solutions to provide seamless interfacing solutions to users of its Dynamine™ Workload Solution. MDI Solutions will handle the front-end HL7 integration component of the Emerald HIS workload product suite, thus HL7-enabling their software application to receive information downloads from other hospital applications. The MD Link integration enablement tool will provide the HL7 capability for this new industry partnership.

| Rouge Valley Health System in Toronto, Ontario Canada has contracted with MDI Solutions to complete interface development from the McKesson Admissions system through to the PICIS Operating Room and Critical Care Unit perioperative automation system www.picis.com. MDI will develop this interface using Rouge Valley's Cloverleaf™ integration engine with slated completion scheduled for the end of Q3/2004.

| MDI Solutions signed an agreement today to develop Lab Orders Entry and Results Reporting Interfaces, to support the integration project between Mount Sinai Hospital (MSH) and Humber River Regional Hospital (HRRH) in Toronto, Ontario. HRRH is currently a subscriber to MSH’s Lab services and the new link will eliminate the current paper process by implementing electronic Order Entry and Results Reporting interfaces between MSH’s Laboratory Information System system from SCC, and HRRH’s HIS system from MEDITECH. The link between the two facilities will be secured through virtual private network (VPN) tunnel.

| Esh Software Design & Implementation Ltd., www.esh.ca has selected MDI Solutions as its turn-key integration solutions partner. Esh Software provides an end-to-end Image Guided Therapy (IGT) case procedure application that addresses both the clinical outcomes and case costs for OR, radiology and cardiac catheterization lab services. This complete case procedure management system provides valuable information for physicians, support staff, hospital and department administrators.
MDI Solutions will provide components of its MD Link integration enablement software to integrate the Esh IGT case management application with third-party software including: ADT, Materials Management, Scheduling and Physician databases. MD Link connects independent applications within a healthcare enterprise. Data sources and processes are displayed as a visual solution, enabling information exchange and customized integration solutions. This tight coupling of MD Link within the Esh IGT system will provide seamless and immediate integration for Esh software installations.

| Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario has chosen MDI Solutions as its long-term interfacing service provider. CHEO's interface staff will have access to the e*Gate™ consultants from MDI Solutions for assisting their on-going e*Gate interface development as well as engine maintenance.

| St. Joseph's Health Centre, Toronto, Canada, www.stjoe.on.ca renewed their interface support service agreement today with MDI Solutions. MDI provides St. Joe’s with 24x7 First-Level Interfacing Support Services. MDI proactively monitors all of SJHC financial and clinical interfaces using their MD Eye enhanced interface monitoring application. In addition, St. Joseph’s Health Centre renewed their interface development retainer agreement for an additional year.
Over the previous contract year, the following interface development projects were completed: 1) Interface from Laboratory to Materials Management and regional Children’s Health Network. 2) Interface from Admissions to ER system and Nursing Workload Measurement. 3) Interface from ER system to Patient Care System. 4) Interface from PACS to Patient Care System and 5) Interface from Orders and Results system to PACS.
MDI Solutions will continue to serve SJHC as their preferred e*Gate™ interfacing outsourced services vendor. St. Joseph’s Health Centre is a large community teaching hospital which provides a full range of health care services.
