MDI Solutions set to deploy Interface Engine Environment Monitoring tool

Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA), Cambridge, MA, has contracted with MDI Solutions to implement their MD Eye™ enhanced interface monitoring application for eGate SRE version 5.0.5.7718 running in a EPIC/Meditech/GE Muse production environment.

CHA recognized that their existing eGate™ interface environment monitoring capabilities did not meet their needs. They approached MDI Solutions to review their MD Eye application and determined that it would significantly enhance their capability to manage their interface engine activity and overall integration environment. MD Eye will be used to proactively monitor the runtime status of all financial and clinical interfaces at CHA, keeping watch over critical elements such as disk space usage, processor utilization, network connectivity, queue sizes, and more.

Cambridge Health Alliance, http://www.challiance.org, is an integrated health system serving Cambridge, Somerville, and Boston’s metro-north communities. With three hospital campuses, an extensive primary care network, and an employed physician model, CHA provides high-quality, culturally competent care to a large, diverse patient population. In addition, its Network Health provides comprehensive health coverage to more than 160,000 Massachusetts residents.
