Quest Diagnostics, Madison, NJ has contracted with MDI Solutions to provide Cloverleaf software from Infor and implementation services.
Quest Diagnostics chose Infor’s Cloverleaf Integration Suite to manage information and securely exchange data across the Quest enterprise. Quest turned to MDI Solutions, a Cloverleaf reseller, to rollout the Cloverleaf Secure Courier module (provides a lightweight, secure, bi-directional link between Cloverleaf installations and remote locations, which may include other agencies, state registries or other facilities) software to five (5) remote customers. MDI was successful in providing the necessary planning, development, training and implementation of Secure Courier.
Quest selected MDI Solutions to deploy Secure Courier based on their real-time, hands-on experience with the software and Secure Messenger, which was used to enable Secure Socket Layer (SSL) connections with other SSL compliant application servers. MDI Solutions assigned a senior integration analyst to install and implement the Secure Courier software, which was used to securely connect (via the internet) 5 remote EMR sites. The MDI analyst developed an implementation project plan for all assigned clients based on departmental policies and procedures, created five (5) CSC models as part of the deployment, assisted with the roll-out of Patient/Practice Portals that integrated with client PM/EMR’s and trained Quest Diagnostics staff on managing the software post go-live.
