North Shore Health Network, Blind River, ON has selected the MD Link Integration Engine software from MDI Solutions to support their EHR and Point of Care device installation.
North Shore Health Network (NSHN) is implementing the Meditech Expanse electronic health record (EHR) and required integration software to interface their ADT and Results data with disparate third-party systems. They were also in need of a means to connect Abbot, Siemens and Roche point-of-care (POC) devices with Meditech. MDI Solutions was approached to review their integration engine software, MD Link, and their POC interfacing expertise. Following a review of the available options to provide the required connectivity, NSHN chose MD Link for its ease-of-use and rapid interface deployment architecture. MDI Solutions’ HL7-certified analysts will work with the NSHN technical resources to assist in the design and development of the ADT, Results and POC interfaces.
